Anger ManagementOne person i know that has anger issues is one of my friends whom cant really control herself. She gets mad for little things she starts to say things to other whom dont deserve and have nothing to do with it. Many times she punches the wall or just doesnt talk to anyone the hole day. She doesnt know what to do to calm herswlf down besides punch the wall or anything. At times she just acts like she not mad and emds up having a good day and gets over it. Everytime i see her mad or any of our group see her mad they try calming her down but it really doesnt work so what i do just try to get her distracted and happy by making jokes, taking her out, tell her anything that makes her feel better or just give her solutions to her problems. At times i get mad too and the way i calm down is by punching anything thats in my way or just dont talk at all to anyone what really works for me its just watch a movie or videos.
